East London isn’t short of an industrial-style space or two, however you won’t find many as impressive as this one. With natural light flooding in through its skylight-lined roof, and lots of different areas to play with, this huge warehouse for hire (formerly used as an office for talent agency Mastered) is bright and versatile, and has already proven its suitable for large-scale events, photo shoots, long-term and pop-up retail. The space comes with a long list of amenities including tables and benches, security alarms and shutters, a kitchen, two toilets, and, of course, that all important wifi.

The local area
This space does not have an alcohol licence so drinks must not be sold on the premises. Complimentary drinks, however, do not require a licence.
Despite the size of the venue, it is a little tucked away between Shoreditch High Street and Bethnal Green so make sure your guests know how to find you.
Due to the age of the building, you may spot a small amount of dripping from the ceiling during rainstorms in isolated areas. Make sure that any equipment or valuables left overnight are well covered with waterproof material, or moved to an internal room if possible.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of one day and a maximum of three months.
Existing lighting should not be removed or painted over.
Signage must not be permanently attached (e.g. drilled) into any outside walls.
No access to rooms marked 'No access'.
Any rubbish which cannot fit in standard rubbish bags must be removed from the space by the bookers or disposal otherwise pre-arranged (The Landlord can help with this if they have significant disposal needs).
Noise limits due to nearby residential buildings are standard. No exceeding 34db between 11pm-7am.
On-site security is required for events over 20 people (whole time) and from 8pm onwards for events under 20 people.
