A Little About This Space

Close to fashion-forward Redchurch Street and Brick Lane, Shoreditch High Street’s got plenty of hip hangouts, cool boutiques and packed-out restaurants. Over the road from Boxpark and close to Shoreditch House, this shop to let has two floors (ground floor and basement) of beautifully designed space ready for your retail concept to move into.

Tourists and hip Londoners flock here during the day for the likes of Boxpark; creatives and media types hang out at nearby Shoreditch House and Ace Hotel. Evenings are busy as Dishoom, Pizza East and Andina fill up with post-work diners, but it's the weekends that are the liveliest as fashionable young things arrive en masse to shop, eat and drink their way up Redchurch Street. Shoreditch High Street station is a couple of minutes away.

There’s a Carhartt store a couple of doors down, and there’s a busy Pret a Manger in your row of shops. Over the road, Pizza East and Smoking Goat keep things lively until late.
