Rules of The Space
A1 licence.
The space is available to rent for a minimum of three days and a maximum of one month.
Decorations and renovations will depend on the idea and will need approval from the Landlord beforehand.
This cost does not cover hire of the basement space. An additional charge of £170 + VAT per day will be charged for use of the basement.
The space can be booked for a minimum of 3 days up until June 2019 for a price of £1800 per day.
Home Truths
The Landlord will move their stock out, but it's otherwise an operating store so minimal changes can be made to the space.
