A Little About This Space

Peckham Road is a hub of creativity connecting two of South London’s most exciting drinking and dining scenes: Peckham and Camberwell. Opposite University of the Arts Camberwell campus, the old Southwark Town Hall building now houses a community of art students, a gallery and a beautifully decorated café bar which is available to let for F&B concepts. It comes with a functioning kitchen, bar with an alcohol licence, and space to sit 40 people inside and 20 people outside in the terrace.

THE CROWD

This part of London has long been a base for artists and designers thanks to its proximity to Goldsmiths and Camberwell College of Arts. The area's mix of cool eateries, cafes and bars cater to a wealth of students, young families and laptop-wielding creatives all week long. Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations are both 15 minutes’ walk away.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

This space is located in a student apartment block, with more student accommodation over the road. Theatre Peckham, a community theatre and performance space, is right behind.
