A Little About This Space

Opposite Victoria station, and in the shadow of the Nova food quarter, this large shop to let is housed within Terminal House, a striking neo-classical building on the corner of Grosvenor Gardens and the ever-busy Buckingham Palace Road. Introduce your brand to this central London area, and the millions of commuters and tourists that frequent it, in this eye-catching space.

THE CROWD

With London’s second busiest station over the road, and offices and businesses all around you, you’ll see plenty of people heading to work in the mornings and evenings, and venturing out for food and a look round the shops at lunchtimes. Victoria’s hotels, hit shows and proximity to Buckingham Palace make sure there are always tourists and theatre-goers around, which keeps the area alive at the weekends. Victoria tube and railway station is a minute or two’s walk away.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

You’ll be next door to a branch of STA Travel, the world's largest student and youth travel company. You’ll be looking out onto Grosvenor Gardens and the Grade II-listed equestrian statue of Ferdinand Foch, and opposite the four-star Grosvenor Hotel.
