Eccleston Yards is London's newest destination for shopping, dining and wellbeing, bordering Belgravia and Victoria. It's attracted some cool names like fitness pioneers Barry's Bootcamp, high-end menswear label Tailor Made and London's first drop-in meditation studio ReMind. In the heart of it all is this two-floor industrial boutique, ready for you to launch your idea.
Thanks to the forward-thinking office group Central Working, the area is teaming with a community of innovative entrepreneurs. Affluent visitors from both Sloane Square and Victoria are also drawn to the independent boutiques and eclectic events programme. Sloane Square is a 10-minute walk away and Victoria Station is only a five-minute walk.
As well as Barry's Bootcamp, you'll be on the same site as the East London-based restaurant, The Jones Family Kitchen, and fashion's favourite foodie purveyors Tart London. The new concept store 50m, created by art collective Something and Son, has just opened and will be showcasing emerging designers. The famous Dominique Ansel Bakery is also around the corner.
