You’ll be sharing this smart, modern space with an award-winning tailor, who'll work from the basement while you take over the ground floor.

Shoreditch High Street station is under five minutes’ walk.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of one month and a maximum of four years.
Redecoration and renovation is allowed, but you won't be able to make any structural changes to the space.
Home Truths
The counter cannot be removed from the space.
The tailor downstairs is available for alterations if you need, payments will go directly to them.
You can rent the two floors together at a different price.
