A Little About This Space
The Boiler House is a stunning, industrial brick warehouse on one of East London’s busiest streets, Brick Lane. It is arguably one of the most original venues in London.
The venue inside is bright with high ceilings, large windows, skylights and many original features including the famous 49 m high Truman Chimney. This is an ideal space for hosting parties, gala dinners, exhibitions and small trade shows.
There is also an outside courtyard at the back of the venue, which is perfect for getting for barbecues, daytime event or a smoking area. The courtyard has the added advantage of backing onto the Brick Lane Car Park.

Event day power: £300+VAT
Access: The main entrance is via two double doors on Brick Lane. There’s also access at the back via Brick Lane Car Park, which is perfect for loading.
Power: 3 phase power and 13 amp sockets.
Capacity: 500 depending on how the venue is being used
Damage Deposit: £3500
