Thayer Street sits in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods for shopping and leisure: Marylebone. As well as the chic high-end high street boutiques of Thayer Street, The Wallace Collection art gallery and Wigmore Hall concert venue are both under a five-minute walk away. This striking blue boutique spans over two floors, with the bigger retail space down in the basement. There’s also separate space for storage, changing rooms and a small kitchen area out the back.

It's busier with well-heeled locals (a lot of families and sophisticated mums), but there's also a few tourists shopping around who like to stay in one of the many luxury hotels in the area. It's busiest towards the end of the week. After lunch and early evenings after work tends to be the most active for shoppers.
You're next door to an independent womenswear boutique, Arther Morrice opticians, and opposite Eat cafe. Chic womenswear designer label, Theory, is a few doors down. Cross the road, and you'll find the well-loved Monocle shop on George Street.
Match.com launched a pop-up to showcase their "Model Males" here in July 2017.
The ground floor retail space is slightly narrow, so consider fixtures and fittings that will maximise your space layout.
