Just on the border of Bushwick is this large pop up studio space for rent on Thames St. in East Williamsburg. Multiple purpose-built cyc walls and a green room upstairs make this studio ideal for photo shoots, but it’s large enough for events, fashion shows, or a retail shop.

THE CROWD

Not to be confused with the blurry border that separates it from Bushwick, East Williamsburg maintains some of the gritty art scene that Bushwick used to be known for. There is still a feeling of authenticity here, but Manhattan dwellers and tourists come check out the area as well. The area is busy during the days as cafes fill up with people working on laptops, and the bars fill up on nights and weekends. The L at Jefferson is a few minutes away.
