A Little About This Space
Bermondsey is an area swarming with artisan brands and independent companies which is a great setting for an event. This space is located near to the popular Maltby market and a short walk from the iconic London Bridge and The Shard.
The Loft and Factory space in this venue are large rooms full of character. Wood is a key feature to both of the rooms – the factory has stripped back wooden flooring and a patchwork of wooden panels on the walls and the ceiling. The loft has a high beamed ceiling with wooden flooring and exposed brick walls and also has rooftop access.
There are smaller rooms in the factory with vintage furnishings and décor adding a colourful labyrinth to the expansive spaces that has an NYC warehouse feel to it. Both spaces are ideal for events such as photoshoots, filming, launches and exhibitions to name a few.

Rules of The Space
Rental of "The Loft" & "The Factory" includes shared access to the Yard.
No Temporary Events Notice's can be applied for, which means you cannot play amplified music or sell alcohol on site.
The rate is based on a 12hr day - any change in duration required will lead to an increased charge by the Landlord.
If access is required before 6am there are additional transport charges as well.
