A Little About This Space

Historically known as the epicentre of all things bohemian, Greenwich Village still inhabits both loud street buskers, aspiring comedians, broke but passionate students, and wealthy professionals with their colorful French townhouses. In one of the townhouses along Sullivan Street is this bright, roomy space to rent, with different rooms for versatility.

THE CROWD

“Everyone” is a good word to describe the type of crowd that visits the area. From affluent residents on Sullivan Street to NYU students and the hordes of tourists in the Washington Square Park. You'll spot them spending time at coveted spots such as the Blue Note jazz club, Comedy Cellar, or one of the many off-Broadway theaters in the evenings. There is easy access from Broadway-Lafayette, Astor Place and Houston Street stations.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

Next door is the chic and contemporary French restaurant, MIMI, and the Jewish Congregation, Magen David. Across the street are residential townhouses. A few doors down on the corner of Sullivan and Bleecker, the live music venue (Le) Poisson Rouge attracts a younger crowd.
