A Little About This Space

The pretty and popular Victoria Quarter is a shopping destination with lots of personality. It was designed by a Victorian theatre architect, making its grand pillars and mosaic floors a welcome change from the usual shopping centre look and feel.

This space can be found in the Vicar Lane area, next door to French Connection. It has three floor-to-ceiling windows across the front, and two floors inside for retail. The décor is simple and clean: think white walls, spotlights and a mix of concrete and distressed wooden flooring.

Brands have made big moves here before – with Louis Vuitton opening its first VIP store in the Quarter, and Harvey Nichols opening its first store here outside of the capital. What will you make happen, with space in Leeds’ finest shopping destination?

FACTS & FIGURES

Victoria Quarter houses 68 tenants across 160,000 sq ft.
It’s anchored by Harvey Nichols, with key stores including Jo Malone, REISS and Vivienne Westwood.
5.9 million people visit the arcade each year.
