Space rules
- Please abide by the opening hours of 08:00 - 10:00, if delayed and a 24 hours notice is not given, a £100 + VAT late fee will be deducted from the security deposit held.
- The Tenant shall be required to put, keep and hand back the Premises in the same condition as received.
- Where the Tenant is liable to pay the Landlord’s costs of repair, the Tenant shall only be liable to pay the landlord’s reasonable costs.
- No redecoration and drilling.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the premises, smoking only allowed in the outside area/courtyard on the street in front of the venue.
