Space rules
Nothing is to be fixed to any of the walls.
No customers are allowed into the garden.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere including the garden.
The premises are unlicensed. Temporary Event Notice ("TENs") is tenant’s responsibility, as required, subject to landlord’s consent
The keys are to be returned to the Landlord at the premises by 10.00 hrs the following morning, but not Saturday, Sunday and/or bank holidays. Failure will incur a daily charge of £199 + vat per day, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord in writing.
Tenant must provide written proof of public liability insurance to landlord.
Designated hours are 08.00 – 23.00
Security required after 18.00 hrs at tenant’s expense, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord in writing.
The tenant is responsible for providing their own heating.
TV licence, as required, is tenant’s responsibility.
Broadband isn’t to be disconnected
Tenant is leave the premises properly secured with burglar set and shop shutters closed.
No inflammable substances and equipment are allowed
To keep cleansed and free from obstruction all sewers, drains, sanitary apparatus, water
and waste pipes, air vents and ducts exclusively serving or forming part of the Premises.
Compulsory cleaning fee of £60 + vat for 1st three hours of cleaning. Thereafter charges at £20 + vat per hour plus materials
The tenant is to reimburse and compensate the Landlord and his Agent for all costs and expenses arising from any breach on the part of the Tenant of this Agreement, including all professional, legal fees, court fees and disbursements.
