White City Place is quickly becoming one of West London’s newest creative, business and retail districts. Up Market is the first market of its kind here, which will bring a select choice of the best emerging food, lifestyle and lifestyle brands to an intimate market of up to four stalls in the MediaWorks reception. Timber frame stalls with countertops will be provided.
The market will run 10am - 2pm every Wednesday, with another intimate market running simultaneously at the Television Centre site, home to the BBC and ITV studios, located a ten minute walk away.

The market is predominantly located inside the MediaWorks reception. This may be subject to change over the year.
All brands are required to purchase a re-usable foamex sign that can be stuck onto the hanging frame of the stall, with their brand name printed in black Avenir font. The sign is a requirement to trade at the market. Signs cost approx £30 and are the brand's responsibility. Once payment has been made orders cannot be cancelled. All traders must be fully set up and ready to trade by 10am.
All brands must submit a visual merchandising proposal prior to booking, showing a high quality and attractively displayed offering. This must be approved by Appear Here or the Landlord team prior to trade.
White City Place and Appear Here staff have final sign off on stall design - this may include asking you to rearrange or remove certain products.

Retailers will be provided with a market stall with a surface area of 1.75m x 0.7m.

Brands must have public and employers liability insurance (£5 million).
Operating hours must be strictly adhered to - stalls cannot be left unattended. Failure to comply may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
Exact pitch locations are allocated by the landlord and Appear Here staff. These are not permanent and therefore may be subject to change.
Stalls shall be kept clean, tidy, stocked and attended at all times during trading hours.
Traders commit to attend the market on all days booked. Non-attendance by a Licensed Trader without good reason or on a regular basis may result in the termination of their licence, and may result in exclusion from future bookings.
Any trader found to be in breach of any of the above terms will be asked to leave site immediately and their deposits and other rents paid will not be refunded . Depending on the severity of the breach traders may be excluded from future bookings.
Market stalls, hanging signs and the surrounding floor surface must be returned clean and in the condition in which they were received. Any costs incurred to reinstate the stall, hanging sign or surrounding area to original condition will be deducted from the damage deposit (£100).
Retailers will be asked to declare turnover data.
In certain circumstances, brands may be required to fill out a risk assessment and method statement. They may also need to provide relevant PAT testing and Food Hygiene certificates (where necessary).
Wifi and toilets are available on site.
Once countersigned by the landlord, all bookings are non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
In the case of non-attendance, damage deposits will be retained: Less than 24 hours notice, 100% deposit retained. 48 hours noice, 50% deposit retained. More than 48 hours notice, 0% deposit retained.
