The Television Centre at White City is quickly becoming one of West London’s newest creative, business and retail districts. Up Market is the first market of its kind here, which will bring our very own curated selection of the best emerging fashion, food and lifestyle brands to this new television and business hub.
The market will run 10am - 3pm every Thursday, in the newly landscaped forecourt between BBC Television Centre, Electric Cinema and ITV Studios.
Timber frame Up Market stalls with countertops will be provided, located under black gazebos to protect you from the elements.

Brands will need to purchase a vinyl (at an additional cost) to fit to hanging stall sign, no additional branding or signage will be permitted. These are not permanent fixtures, however they are reusable. Our Additions Team can help with this!
Design proposals for the product display must be approved by the Landlord beforehand to ensure you look the part.
This market runs from 10am - 3pm every Thursday outside the Television Centre.
Pitch locations are allocated each week prior to trade by the Landlord and Appear Here staff. Once allocated, positions for each week are final, and cannot be moved or changed by traders.
Specific stall positions within the market vary each week and are subject to change.
Traders must be fully set up and ready to trade by 10am.
Operating hours must be strictly adhered to - stalls cannot be left unattended. Failure to comply may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.

Retailers will be provided with a market stall with a surface area of 1.75m x 0.7m.
Power and wifi are not available.
Rent is inclusive of a £10 stall set up and take down fee, meaning brands can turn up and trade without doing any of the heavy lifting.
Brands must have public and employers liability insurance (£5 million).
Visual merchandising must be to a high quality and stock must be attractively displayed.
White City Place and Appear Here staff have final sign off on stall design - this may include asking you to rearrange or remove certain products.
Market stalls and hanging signs must be returned in the condition provided. Tenants will be liable for any damages/missing signs including over and above the deposit fee (£100).
Retailers will be asked to declare turnover data.
All brands must adhere to the rules set out in the welcome pack.
In certain circumstances, brands may be required to fill out a risk assessment and method statement. They may also need to provide relevant PAT testing and Food Hygiene certificates (where necessary).
Once a booking has been countersigned by the Landlord it is not refundable or transferable.
