A Little About This Space

In the middle of Manchester’s busy shopping district, the pretty, pedestrianised St Ann’s Square was once the site of the city’s annual fair, and still plays host to regular events and markets. Looking out onto the square and the Grade II-listed Royal Exchange Theatre, this shop to let is at the front of St Anns Arcade, with large windows facing the street and the arcade itself.

THE CROWD

With big name brands such as Space NK, Lululemon and Barbour nearby, as well as plenty of local independents, including opticians and designer eyewear shop Seen, this central Manchester spot sees a lot of footfall all week round. Evenings can be quiet, although the Royal Exchange Theatre’s programme of plays attracts a cultured crowd. The arcade is a 13-minute walk from Deansgate station.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

You’ll be sharing the arcade with Maestro hair salon, Abelsons, a family-run jeweller that’s been trading in the city for over 100 years, Seen, and Christopher James jewellers, which is opposite you. Outside the arcade, your neighbours will be a Bupa dental care centre, Office, HSBC and Lululemon.
