A Little About This Space

Be a part of something. An air of creativity, collaboration and energy pervades not only this building but the nearby streets as well. With echoes of a past theatrics, this space to rent near Borough Market and Flat Iron Square is at once airy and cosy, owed to the well-worn wooden floor and historic construction. The main area leads to a separate space that continues the rustic aesthetic with wooden beams and exposed metal supports, but feels somewhat cleaner and more orderly with its whitewashed walls and tiled floor.

THE CROWD

The streets nearby are busy, with a huge array of complexity and diversity are certainly present. Tourists and Londoners alike will be drawn to nearby iconic foodie destinations, with any number of other businesses and shops working out of the buildings nearby. Though they may not be as forward-facing as some other areas of London, they're here.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

Flat Iron Square is surely the biggest name here, but people coming from London Bridge will pass by you first. Opposite are two restaurants - 'O Ver Borough' Italian and 'Lantana' Australian, both adding to the food-centric atmosphere. A current of theatre also rings around the area - with the Menier Chocolate Factory theatre situated in the same building, the (now sadly defunct) Bunker Theatre, and nearby spaces also home to various live music events and theatre groups.
