Skyscrapers, bars and restaurants line the edge of Millwall Inner Dock in London Docklands, and this experiential space underneath the platforms and tracks of South Quay DLR station faces out over the water. You can have a team of eight people here, engaging with some of the five million people per year that pass through.
South Quay houses more than just banks: there’s the University of Sunderland in London, software company Cognizant Technology Solutions and tech consultancy MThree nearby, as well as a large conference and exhibition centre, meaning that you’ll see students and a slightly more casual crowd among the suits. Mornings are busy, evenings less so, but there are a few bars and eateries, plus the Hilton Canary Wharf nearby, so there’s still life after business hours.
Tesco Metro, Subway and Sky Bar and its panoramic views of London sit to one side of the station. To the other side are massage and beauty salon Amtira and the aforementioned university.
All concepts must abide by advertising standards. RAMS, PLI, etc. will be required.
