A Little About This Space
Overlooking Soho’s famous garden square, this Grade II-listed townhouse has both style and location. This ground floor space with high ceilings and bright rooms is available to rent for events. There's space for 100 in the evenings and on weekends, and 50 during office hours. You can rent the whole space or individual rooms depending on your idea.
THE CROWD
A popular stop for tourists making their way from Oxford Street to Soho, this oasis of calm in the middle of the West End is also a firm favourite with the area’s many media professionals and creatives, who come here to eat lunch al fresco – weather permitting, of course. Across the square, Irish bar The Toucan is a popular stop for a post-work pint towards the end of the week, and bar, restaurant and private-hire venue Six Storeys gets especially busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of 4 hours.
Our standard day is 09:00-17:00, but we are more than happy to accommodate earlier starts and later finishes.

We are flexible on what space you want to hire, so if you need less space, just let us know.
Decoration permitted as long as reinstated to original condition.
External catering allowed, no naked flames or frying.

Sale of alcohol isn't allowed in the space but you can apply for a TEN licence.
