A Little About This Space
Soho appeals to local New Yorkers and tourists with its chic boutiques, flagship stores and world-class galleries. Greene Street is quintessential Soho with its cobblestoned streets and cast-iron facades, and it's where you'll find this spacious art gallery to rent for both retail concepts and events.
THE CROWD
On weekends, tourists in Soho like to head straight for Broadway, where most of the popular chain stores are located such as Uniqlo, J. Crew and Zara. Greene Street is home to more high-end boutiques (Nicole Miller, Versace) and galleries including Eden Fine Art for contemporary art.
MEET THE NEIGHBORS
Next door is Studio Anise, a showroom for high-end furnishings. Across the street is Blue In Green, a Japanese menswear boutique, and Foscarini Spazio, an experimental lighting store. One block up is the flagship of Fjallraven, the popular Swedish outdoor apparel store.

Home Truths
This space is only available to rent on Sundays, as it's a running art gallery during the week. The Landlord would be willing to shut the gallery during the week for the right idea.
Also, note that while the gallery does offer the space as a white box (without any artwork on the wall, for an additional fee), we can’t host art exhibitions in the space since they are an art gallery with a roster of artists who they already represent.
