The space is available to rent for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 3 weeks.
The space must be returned to white-box condition as found.
Home Truths
There's no storefront and most of the floor space is at basement level, so when attracting customers make the most of that ground floor window space.
No F&B concepts are allowed in this space, but brands can serve food and drink for their events. There's no kitchen and limited prep space but there's a spacious bar with a functioning fridge to store drinks.
The Landlord is based just upstairs, behind an open wall.
