A Little About This Space

Bars, restaurants and one-of-a-kind shops give this effortlessly cool part of town its vibe. Home to some of London’s most hipster residents and possibly you if you like the look of this large, exposed brick f&b space to let. With a neutral yet vintage vibe, the space is available for food and beverage businesses to dress as they see fit. With lets available from 6 months upwards, the space has a roomy garden out the back (which will open onto Shoreditch Village development once opened) and is perfect for a destination food brand.

The crowd

Think chic media folk, established artists and a lot of beautiful and on-trend 20 to 30-somethings and you’ve got an idea of the Shoreditch crowd. The area truly comes to life at evenings and weekends but there’s a buzz all week long. A 3-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station.

Meet the neighbours

Quirky boutiques and a plethora of bars are nearby. You’ll be next door to independent clothing label and a couple of doors down from the ever-busy Block Food Court. Around the corner from Boxpark and the Electric Cinema, there’s plenty around here to keep you entertained and to draw the punters in.

Home Truths

The space needs to be fitted out by you as it isn't completely kitted out for F&B, although the landlord will fit extraction and may be able to offer some assistance with equipment. It doesn’t have a window frontage so you may need to work a little harder to draw people in but that’s what Shoreditch is all about.
