Rules of The Space
During the tenancy, the landlord will require access to the shop with our maintenance team. The tenant will receive warning in advance.
Any alterations to the building or the walls must be returned to original condition after the tenancy.
Business rates of £4500 will be payable by the tenant in addition to rental costs.
