Next door to Peckham legend Khan’s Bargain Store is another local hero: Holdrons Arcade, an eclectic array of small shops and independent businesses. Set up in this small shop to let and you’ll be joining the likes of vintage streetwear favourite Wavey Garms, local radio station Balamii and high-end tracksuit brand Sturla, as well as introducing your idea to this busy corner of one of London’s most happening neighbourhoods.

THE CROWD

You’ll be around the corner from the Bussey Building, and firmly ensconced in the Copeland Park cultural quarter, so there’s always a buzz about this part of Peckham. Expect to see lots of the area’s young creative crowd shopping for one-off vintage finds in Little Sister or screen-printed tees in Done London, while cult streetwear shop Wavey Garms attracts fashionistas from around London – and further afield. Come lunchtimes, vegan hotspot Deserted Cactus is anything but. Peckham Rye station is a minute or two’s walk away.
