Teeming with creatives and cool, young professionals, Clerkenwell is home to the world’s highest concentration of design businesses, some of London’s best start-ups, and destination eateries ranging from Exmouth Market’s Morito to Michelin-starred restaurant St John. Opposite the Spafield Street entrance to Exmouth Market, this small grab and go unit is a great spot to introduce your F&B idea to the area.
Rosebery Avenue is lined with architect firms and design, marketing and advertising agencies, so you’ll see plenty of the people who work in them come lunchtime as they head to Exmouth Market’s street food stalls. In the evenings, The Wilmington on the next corner is where they head to unwind. At weekends you’ll see a fair few young locals heading here for brunch, and the likes of the Exmouth Arms, Café Kick and The Wilmington mean that Saturday nights are always busy. Angel station is a 10-minute walk.
The restaurant to one side of you is closed, to your other side is Rosebery Kebab House, a popular port of call after the pubs have shut. You’ll be over the road from The Kolossi Grill, the first ever restaurant to open on Rosebery Avenue.
A3 with Extraction
Minimum let is 3 months.
The space will look like the pictures, and all changes are to be discussed with the landlord first.
It’s quieter here than on Exmouth Market itself, so you’ll need to let people know you’re here.
