You won’t be able to add your own fixtures and fittings, and everything must be returned to its original state when you leave.

Space rules

The space is available for a minimum of 2 weeks. We do have a garden area which is available to use and if stock is required to be stored on the premises our basement area can also be rented for an extra £50 per day. Vinyl stickers can be applied to the window but must be removed after the booking has finished. Our space must be returned to its original spec after every booking and redecoration must be agreed in advance with the landlord. Evening or weekend openings must be discussed with the landlord in advance. Evening openings will incur a charge of £30 per evening. The space is situated on the ground floor of a progressive, digital agency and access will be required for staff members during the week. There is full CCTV through out the building and a roller shutter on the front of the property.
