There is a Guitar business operating out of a self contained unit in the basement, you will share an entrance and alarm system.
The Bethnal Green Road shopfront (7m wide) can be taken over and fully branded at an additional cost. This side of the shop has very high footfall.
A fully operational coffee bar (serving amazing single-origin coffee) available to rent at an additional cost (staff included) if required. If not it can be removed.
