Landlord will do a schedule of condition for Tenant upon check in
The Tenant will permit Redevco Nederland BV (the "Superior Landlord") and all persons authorised by the Superior Landlord to enter the Premises for the purposes specified and upon the terms contained in the lease of ground floor, 21-23 Redchurch Street, Shoreditch, London dated and made between the Superior Landlord and the Landlord (the "Superior Lease") or in any lease superior to it as if the provisions in such documents dealing with such access to the Premises were incorporated into this Agreement.
To observe and perform the covenants and conditions on the part of the undertenant contained in the Superior Lease as if they were set out in full in this Agreement except insofar as the Landlord expressly covenants in this Agreement to observe and perform then.
Not to do, omit, suffer or permit in relation to the Premises any act or thing that would or might cause the Landlord to be in breach of the Superior Lease or that if done, omitted, suffered or permitted by the Landlord would or might constitute a breach of the covenants on the part of the tenant contained in the Superior Lease
