A big deal Stateside, this Brooklyn-born cycling event is now coming to London for the third year in a row. On July 22nd 2017, spectators will line the Greenwich Peninsula for a festival-like celebration of cycling and a criterium race. The landlord is looking for food vendors to cater to this hungry and thirsty crowd throughout the event.
There are 10 trading spots available for food trucks and gazebos. Traders will pitch up in the garden – close to the racetrack, car park, Tube station and cable car. As well as the main event, there will be an after-party on site. Plenty of time for serving your new fans.
This site is licensed to serve alcohol, and the design of the market is key. Pictures of your stall set-up will need to be approved by the landlord in advance.
This is a one day event on July 22nd 2017.
The event starts at midday and runs until 22.00. Set-up must be completed by 09.30am and de-rig must be outside of these times.
£200 + VAT per stall/truck. 9 pitches are available.
Traders must provide their own stalls/trucks, with their set-up approved by the landlord in advance. Water is available. Parking is available but expensive, loading is free.
Traders will need public liability insurance, a food hygiene certificate, and PAT testing certificate if using electricity.
The landlord is looking for stalls that fit their brand – so photos of each set-up must be submitted in advance.
