Around the corner from Oxford Street and in the middle of Soho is Poland Street, home to an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, creative agencies and offices. This is a rare chance to launch your store in Soho. This space has been given a freshly painted black storefront and newly white-boxed interior.
It’s packed with residents and visitors alike, all looking to be part of London’s 24/7 energy. The city is known for its popularity among the international crowd, and you can expect to see that reflected in passerby traffic. Both Great Marlborough Street and Broadwick Street at either end of Poland Street are crowded throughout the weekends and evenings. The nearest transportation point will be Oxford Circus underground station on Regent Street.
British fashion brand YMC are directly across the street, and Drake's OVO a little further down giving the location a global presence. There’s also a musical vibe here as this space is surrounded by Grand Central Recording Studios, Lucky Voice and the world-famous Phonica Records. Bodeans, Bahn Mi Keu and Little Social are all great places to eat with Milk and Honey providing an after-dinner cocktail, if you can get in.
Only brand staff are permitted to access the rear of the space.
Only the front part of the space is suitable for retail, however there is ample space at the rear of the space for storage.
