WestQuay Watermark is the newly launched, dedicated food hall and plaza adjoined to WestQuay shopping centre in Southampton. So far, Five Guys, Wahaca, Bills, Jamie’s Italian and Byron Burger have all opened new restaurants here. This is your chance to launch a foodie pop-up across the festive period and beyond.

Rules of The Space

This is an open space ideally suited to a van or flexible kiosk/stand. Vans max of 2.078 width & 2.374 height.

The space is represented via the CGI and is the space shown as occupied by Tapas & Co.

There is no gas or extraction so the space is unable to accommodate full cooking however the space does have electricity, water and drainage.

This space is available for 4 weeks + from 6th December.

VAT applicable.

Home Truths

Maximum width of The Long Room doors 2000m and height is 2375mm (based on a Citroen H van). Street food van must be accommodate this size.

Please note that all quoting rents are on the basis of a pop up with landlord breaks after the first 2 or 3 months. Longer terms without landlord breaks will lead to higher rents.
