Traders are responsible for any costs incurred for electrician call outs to re-set the supply or fix any faults.

Traders are permitted to use gas with prior approval. All gas canisters must be kept in cages. Traders must have gas safety certification for all equipment, tested within the last 12 months.

Traders using electricity, gas cylinder, cooking or other equipment that have the potential to cause a fire are to bring their own fire fighting equipment including fire blanket, dry powder fire extinguisher, substantial oil proof matting and a first aid kit.

Traders must come adequately prepared to clean up any accidental oil spills, and be in possession of oil absorbing cloths, mats, cleaning agents to disperse etc. Should the space be damaged in any way, traders will be responsible for covering the cost and reimbursing the landlord for charges ensued as a result.

Home Truths

The market is launching this summer, and the terrace doesn't currently see a lot of footfall passing directly through. You'll be part of the first group of traders who will launch the market, drawing customers in with your delicious offerings and sharing on your social networks.
