This pretty industrial-chic shop is available for a low rent in a gentrified area of the 18th district, between Jules Joffrin and Marcadet-Poissonniers, down the hills of Montmartre. With its large glass storefront bringing light inside the space, its exposed stones and its retro furniture, it can accommodate a small art collection or a pop-up store.

The crowd

The space is down the touristy hills of Montmartre, just a 10-minute walk from the multicultural hamlet of La Goutte d'Or, in a pleasant neighbourhood, home to young families and dynamic executives. They are mostly out at mealtimes and weekends, food shopping on Rue du Poteau, including at the famous Maison Landemaine bakery. Around the shop, they like Emmaüs second-hand stores, the bistro Le Réciproque and the beer bar Le Supercoin.
