Paddington combines modern office buildings and elegant townhouses with some of London’s best-known parks (Hyde park and Regent’s park). And Paddington station is the gateway, with 50 million visitors passing through every day. This experiential event space - suitable for brand activations and promotions only - sits on the unpaid side of the ticket hall, near the station entrance and the Hammersmith & City line.
There are a diverse range of commuters and travellers - from city workers and professionals going to and from work - to tourists and families heading escaping London for the weekend. Peak travel times are between 8-10am and 5-7pm during the working week.
Although you won’t find any immediate neighbours within this ticket hall, Paddington rail station is home to Marks & Spencer, Boots, Accessorize and Pret A Manger among others.

All concepts must abide by advertising standards. RAMS, PLI, etc. will be required.

Bookings over £50,000: 5%
Bookings over £100,000: 10%

No parking at the station, deliveries have to be made via Harrow Road.
There's a power socket (110v) nearby.
This is a unique open space inside the ticket hall of the station. Brands must provide and set up their own promotional equipment.
Storage is sparse but there's possible room for storage in the main ticket hall if needed.
Customer information boards will be relocated, so they won't be in your way.
