You’ll need to bring your own gazebo or stall, and no selling of coffee or alcohol is allowed.
This opportunity is available Monday to Sunday.
All traders require a street trading license.
Upon arrival on each day of trading you are to report and sign in at the Customer Information Office which opens at 7am. You are permitted to set up for trading before 7am, but you must not start trading until you've signed in at the Customer Information Office.
Set-up between the hours of 07.00 – 09.30am is not allowed. Any trader using a vehicle to unload from must be off site by 7am. If you breach this or are late then you will not be permitted to unload and set up on the station forecourt unless the Station Management Team grants special dispensation.
Please ensure you have an up-to-date copy of your public liability insurance, hygiene certificate, PAT testing certificates and Fire equipment certificates on you at all times. These are mandatory to trade.
You must have packed down your gazebo/stall and removed it from the station at the end of each trading day. You won't be allowed to vacate and leave the site between 4pm and 6.30pm.
You can't leave any rubbish on site.
Make sure you close at the agreed time and sign out at the end of each day. You'll need to sign out at the Customer Information Office which closes at 8pm.
Your gazebo must not be left unattended at any time.
You must provide your own 3 x 3m Pro 40 or Pro 50 black gazebo as well as sufficient weights (minimum 20kg on each leg).
No utilities are provided by the Landlord.
If using gas, this must be pre-approved by the Landlord.
