This August Bank Holiday weekend, the UK’s largest food and drink festival is arriving in Oxford for three days of feasting and fun. A line-up of top chef masterclasses, workshops and some of the country’s finest artisan producers and street food stalls will draw in over 25,000 visitors hungry to taste something new – take a market stall here and meet them.
Since it started in Edinburgh in 2006, the Foodies Festival has become a popular addition to the country’s festival calendar, and a must-visit for food lovers, industry insiders and food and drink buyers who want to try and buy things they’ve not seen before, and to meet and talk to artisan producers. South Park is a good 40-minute walk from Oxford station, but there are regular bus services from the city centre.
You’ll be amongst some of the country’s finest artisan food and drink producers here, both local and from further afield.
