A Little About This Space

South-East London’s Greenwich is one of the capital’s most historic neighbourhoods, with epic maritime sites sitting alongside charming cobbled streets and individual boutiques. Situated next to the Visitor Centre of the Old Royal Naval College, this unique space is ideal for a retail, food & beverage or artistic concept looking to join a community of independent businesses.

Formerly used as the Tourist Information Centre, the space offers a large, light room with very high ceilings and a contemporary decor of grey and red walls and tiled flooring. Doors lead to a staff kitchen area, staff toilets and stockroom, while facilities include WIFI, wheelchair access and security shutters. There is potential for evening availability (after 5pm) with additional costs on request.

The Visitor Centre receives an impressive 1 million visitors annually, so high footfall is guaranteed, while the charms of the Painted Hall, Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark and other sites that bring 50 million tourists to the borough each year can be found nearby. The available space is adjacent to the Visitor Centre with its own entrance, and has access to the centre, which can be closed off if necessary.

The site is in the heart of Greenwich, two minutes from the town centre, market, DLR and pier.
