Only minimal external signage will be permitted, and this must be submitted and approved by the landlord in advance.

Some concepts will not be permitted, including beauty and brands that do not compliment the existing store.

2 weeks maximum booking duration.

Home Truths

You'll be moving in to an existing brand's space here, who will be vacating during your stay - so whilst you can make some branding changes inside, the exterior and who you are must remain relatively consistent with the existing brand. The basement, if you would like to use it, will definitely need work to bring it up to scratch.
