A Little About This Space

Soho is full; full of people, life, interest, energy - so to find space within the menagerie is a rare luxury. One of the biggest of its kind in the area, this space for rent is ready for your brand to slot right in for a short-term pop-up. Chiming with the existing decor of the Never Fade Factory's aesthetic, fashion retail or tech brands will fit best here, and with minimal work be ready to show off a new collection or existing range in a vibrant new setting. With an incredible footfall of 60,000 people passing per day, the flexibility of the space and notoriety of the area guarantees interest and an exciting move for any brand.

The crowd

The people that walk the streets of Soho are generally turned on, clued-in, and ready to engage. With such a wide-ranging draw, expect all ages (minus the very young and very old) to be passing by, all eager to interact with the scene - and that means you. Tourists especially will be wowed by modern, eye-catching displays and perhaps have money to spend, whilst the modern and trendy crowd will make special effort to travel if they know you're in the area. Appeal to the timelessly stylish or forward-thinking and you'll find custom with ease.

Meet the neighbours

The joy of Soho is its eclecticism. Establishments are bold, fabulous, and stylish, have hints of theatre and are defiantly individual. An opticians, two restaurants, famed Algerian Coffee Stores and the Admiral Duncan pub are your neighbours - and that's just one side of the street. Opposite you have Ryness Lighting & Electrical, Poppie's Fish & Chips, Maoz Falafel, an ice-cream parlour and classic corner-store - and a swathe of bars and eateries line the streets wherever you turn beyond, with boutique stores and fashion shops appearing at discreet intervals.

Home Truths

You'll be moving in to an existing brand's space here, who will be vacating during your stay - so whilst you can make some branding changes inside, the exterior and who you are must remain relatively consistent with the existing brand. The basement, if you would like to use it, will definitely need work to bring it up to scratch.
