This sprawling indoor/outdoor space is located in East Flatbush near the border of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The space includes a large backyard deck with a tent. The indoor space has an exposed brick wall, hardwood floors, speakers and track lighting. The owners currently rent it out for various events and are ideally looking for occupancy. There is no minimum, however there is a one month maximum on hiring out the space.
