This is one of Nolita’s busiest streets. Some of the biggest international brand names are on Prince Street - including Maje, Sandro and Shinola - as well as New York’s most established high-end vintage store, INA. Amongst them is this retail store for rent, with a basement for storage and two dressing rooms.
Nolita’s residents tend to be younger in age with 20 and 30-somethings enjoying the easy commute to Midtown and the East Village. Some of the best dining in the city is in Nolita, with places like Rubirosa and Sant Ambroeus drawings visitors from across the city to this part of town in the evenings.
A couple of doors down are Prince Street Pizza and Milk Bar Nolita, both adored by locals and tourists. This space sits in between a linens store and a motorsports shop. Across the street is Oficina Latina, a chic cocktail bar and restaurant.
We don't have a floor plan for this space yet, so don't forget to take a measuring tape to your viewing.
