A Little About This Space

Although deriving its name from “North of Little Italy,” Nolita has separated itself from its historic namesake and become known for being home to twenty- and thirtysomething crowd who frequent the many unique boutiques and eateries in the area. On Mott Street, this retail space sits in an oasis of designer jewelry stores and fashion shops, located across the street from St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral.

THE CROWD

Fashion-forward types walk up and down Mott Street and nearby Mulberry Street in search of unique items. Around the corner on Prince Street, the Nolita Flea Market is an outdoor market where vendors sell handmade jewelry and one-of-the-kind clothing items to tourists and locals alike. During the week, visitors come to Nolita to go to stores like Vint & York and Roots, both on nearby Elizabeth Street, to get their fashion fix. The Prince Street station as well as Broadway-Lafayette station are both a three-minute walk.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

Next door is a high-end jewelry store and the Momofuku offshoot, Milk Bar Nolita. As mentioned earlier, St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral is across the street. Around the corner is the flagship REI store which is located inside of the famous Puck Building.
