A Little About This Space

Bordered by Marylebone and Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia was once where the likes of Dante Gabriel Rosetti and John Constable lived, worked and played. Given the area’s bohemian history, it’s no surprise that it’s become home to a collection of galleries, including this high-end contemporary space to let on Newman Street for pop-up retail, product launches or exhibitions.

THE CROWD

Weekdays see Newman Street at its busiest with workers from its creative businesses, and art-lovers visiting the Edel Assanti Gallery next door. Over the road, the stunning new Mandrake Hotel is a popular hangout for celebrities and the fashion-forward. The Nordic Bar and The Blue Posts attract a post-work crowd during the week and tired shoppers from Oxford Street at the weekends. Goodge Street station is five minutes’ walk away.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

Next door, the Edel Assanti gallery presents exhibitions by emerging international artists. Opposite is one of London's hottest new boutique hotels, The Mandrake. Critically-acclaimed restaurants like ROKA and Berners Tavern are around the corner, as are all of Oxford Street's big brands.
