Bar & Restaurant
Since 2013, Newcastle Station has become a retail and dining hub with the likes of Starbucks, WHSmith and Boots, as well as offering trains to destinations across the UK. Get your brand in front of an eclectic mix of customers with this centrally-located space, ideal for a takeaway food or beverage concept. Formerly occupied by a healthy food cafe, the space consists of a square bronze kiosk block in the heart of the station, close to the bus station and taxi rank. Inside there’s a serving counter with a fitted sink on the right hand side, as well as white painted walls and an area in front for outdoor tables that’s been cornered off by perspex walls. The space has been cleaned, and is ready for a new tenant. With 13 million annual visitors, Newcastle Central Station is a prime hub for commuters both within the city and beyond.
