It's also home to wealthy and sophisticated residents and businesses. This white-boxed shop space for rent has a long and narrow interior, and comes with a storage room at the back.

The space is small (720 square feet to be exact), but placing a large mirror at the back can give the illusion of a bigger space.
The storage room (not pictured) is a good size, located at the back of the room. We don't have a floor plan for this space yet, so don't forget to take down measurements at your viewing.
