A Little About This Space

Between Houston and Bleeker streets lies this turnkey retail space. The boutique enclave comes ready to use and is mere blocks away from the city’s most well-worn shopping districts. It’s a nice spot for those who appreciate tree-lined streets, a sleek exterior, and inlaid display shelves.

The Crowd

New Yorkers and tourists alike come here with cash in hand ready to grab a bite or cop the latest styles. The area blurs the lines between the fashion-conscious neighborhoods of SoHo, NoHo, and Nolita. People in this part of town are ready to cover some ground on their window shopping ventures with mid-afternoon and weekends pulling the most traffic. Transportation is a breeze with Houston and Broadway nearby and two subway stops within two blocks at Bleeker St and Broadway-Lafayette.

Meet the Neighbors

An apartment building anchors the block, and you’re flanked on the north by streetwear notable, KITH, and the collector’s sneaker store, Rare Pair, to the south. Gasoline Alley Coffee, Bite sandwich shop, and the Timbuk2 bag brand live on the Lafayette St side of the opposing block.
