This space is handily located in the city centre's northern quarter. Within an easy wander of Arndale Centre, Victoria station or the NOMA building, there are sure to be plenty of potential shoppers to keep you busy.

The ground floor space can be found along Shudehill, close to the ring road. A former vape shop, on the ground floor is retail space, with an office and kitchen at the back. Downstairs is a basement room - set up as a photography studio in our images - and several small rooms for storage. This floor is available to hire for bookings of over one months upstairs, for an additional fee. If not booked, the landlord will continue to use it, although it has separate access.

Independent brands that have already taken off in the neighbourhood include Almost Famous burger joint, Blackdog Ballroom bar and restaurant, and The Washhouse speakeasy. Quirky, bohemian or retro fashion shops have also been been known to take flight.
