Once the city’s main railway station, Manchester Central is an award-winning venue that hosts everything from small corporate functions to large-scale conferences and exhibitions. Windmill Green is in the middle of Manchester’s Civic Quarter, where you’ll find St Peter’s Square, Manchester Town Hall and the Central Library, so you’ll see plenty of people heading to and from work, as well as shoppers making their way to Deansgate’s arcades and malls. Rules of The Space

A1 licence.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 3 months.

The unit in question will be handed over “shell and core”, with no utilities (no electricity, no water), no floor, no ceiling, no lights and no ventilation, among others. The unit frontage will offer no glazed facade, but a temporary protective plaster boarding. FORE and any of its affiliates will not be help responsible nor liable for any potential additional services and/or finishes the tenant may require and request ahead, during or following its occupation of the premises.

The space is currently in shell condition and won’t be finished until January 2019. There’ll be electricity, but no light fittings or water supply.
