If Lowestoft’s attractive Italianate-style station looks vaguely familiar it might be because it was constructed by the same company behind the Royal Albert Hall and Liverpool Street station. Formerly a convenience store, this shop to let is placed at the side of the station’s entrance and comes with a small storage room.
Commuters heading to and from nearby Norwich and Ipswich will be your main customers during morning and evening rush hours. And, during the summer months, Lowestoft’s traditional seaside charms draw in tourists looking to soak up some Suffolk sun. You’re well placed for passersby between the seafront and the town’s shopping centre, and the Joseph Conrad pub on the other side of the station square gets busy in the evenings and at the weekends.
You’ll be opposite a Chinese takeaway and a pizza shop.
